Cinnamon Roll Bake – A Supercharged Take on Normal Cinnamon Rolls! Sunday Subscriber Series #127

Cinnamon Roll Bake

2 cans (13 ounces each) Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
1/2 cup Golden Raisins
1/2 cup pecan pieces
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1/8 teaspoon allspice
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

Preheat oven to 350°

Cut each cinnamon rolls into four pieces and place in a greased 8” x 8” baking pan.

Spread the raisins and pecan pieces on top of the cinnamon roll pieces. Drizzle the whipping cream over the raisins and pecan pieces.

Melt a stick of butter. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice. Stir these together well and pour over the rolls.

Place your filled baking pan on a cookie sheet before placing it in the preheated oven.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes till puffy and browned. Allow to cool.

While the Cinnamon Roll Bake is cooling, beat together the 4 ounces of softened cream cheese with the tubs of icing included in the cinnamon rolls’ tubes. Spread this icing over the Cinnamon Roll Bake.

  1. Wow, that really does look scrumptious. I have made the store bought cinnamon rolls with heavy whipping cream poured on and then the brown sugar butter cinnamon mixture poured on top, but this adds all spice and nutmeg too!!   4. When you started listing the ingredients, I knew it was going to be good! Tom, I like that you scrape the cups, bowls, etc., I was brought up in a household where we did have very much. We always scraped everything to get ALL of it. Born in 1960.
