Hola, hola! Otro hermoso paseo, ahora por Lanzhou , todos los jóvenes se ven muy alegres , distendidos y disfrutando de ese mercado nocturno! Los champiñones rellenos parecían deliciosos y que decir de la costilla de cordero y el pescado asado del final! Ese pan chimenea se parece a uno que comemos aquí le llamamos cañoncitos pero su diámetro es de unos dos o tres centímetros, el hueco se rellena con dulce de leche, crema pastelera o merengue hecho con claras de huevos y azúcar, la masa es hojaldrada neutra.Feliz semana para ti, disfruta del verano que ya llegó por ahí y espero otro paseo por otro mercado de China!! Chao!!
