Unfortunately, this is extremely common in all kinds of local restaurants. Most foodborne illnesses aren't ever reported so these restaurants keep serving. The county is actually extremely lenient with time for corrections.

you should do an investigation on bonfire taphouse in suprise, bet you have a field day with them, the amount of flies they have is insane
Id like to know why water saving faucets are approved in food establishments. Water saver faucets should never ever be used in food or health facilities and this includes assisted living. Any job that requires scrupulous hand washing should not be using water saving faucets that shut off after just 3 seconds. Phucking ridiculous!!!
