We just got into Texas today. Drove our travel trailer from Oregon and moving to the Gulf of Mexico. Haven’t left Oregon since I moved there from California when I was 16 and I turn 46 July 11th. Go big or go home. You and your family are inspirational!!

If you ever go back to Dallas try out Crown burger @crown grocery & deli 🙌🏻❤️🙌🏻best burgers and fries ever in my opinion.
On the catfish a lot of these places uses cheap overseas catfish and they are slimy and nasty, always use pond pure style local. It's night and day different. Most places re trying to make the most they can off cheap shiii.
I had doctor's appointments today in Dallas, Tx and I took the local DART bus. We rolled past many taco stands and restaurants. There are MANY!
