  1. We hope this video can help some of you visiting Japan! 🙂
Which one is/would be your go-to restaurant in Japan?

  2. I have tried 6 different conveyor belt sushi places and Sushi-ro is definitely the best one of all.

  3. Newer Sushi-ros have a digital conveyor belt and only the food you order comes through the belt.

  4. Are you usually left with sticks or can you commonly get a knife, a fork or a spoon? (way too old and stupid to ever eat anything other than barbequed things on a stick, with a stick)

Me and Ze Scherman love our noodles the same way, overcooked is the way to go! (Al Dente prob. translates into: "tastes like flour and chefs love it because it sounds nice". 😛

  5. Just came back from family vacation in Japan. My littlest liked yoshinoya gyudon bowel the best but my 2 older ones like Sukiya more. Sushiro was honestly a bit of let down, as it was no better than conveyor belt sushi in the US. It's not bad, but we expected the japanese one to taste somewhat better.

  6. I lived in Japan for 3 years and my favorite restaurants were the Viking ones. All you can eat Hibachi with a choice of foods that puts any buffet in the US to shame. Out of the ones you covered, Sushiro was definitely my favorite, but I love a good beef bowl and cutlet curry.

  9. I'm someone who likes a nice slow burn with my spiciness, and level 5 is pretty daring at Coco! I'd say that's above medium heat. I did level 4 once, and it was a bit of a chore for me to finish. If you haven't been there before, don't go in thinking 5 is medium.
