I love steak beef is the best meat
I didn't know "wagyu" is a cut of meat.
The farms supplying butchers, and butchers supplying restaurant in everyday basis and cutting meat at the restaurant must be normalized again.

If you notice all the meats when they're cut there is dark meat i the middle not red as it supposed to. be the same outside and inside.
That's my fav cut. But can't afford that luxury.
And he gets no credit for it. The restaurant and it's ownership does.
