  1. Seems like swedes has scammed you with surstrømning 😂 usually it has like fish shape

  2. I always think I want to be a taste tester for Max, then we get a video like this and realize I am glad I am not

  3. I’m 99% positive you ate that surstromming incorrectly. MOST people who eat it, open it outside, rinse it first, then take it to the table. Afaik it’s the most appropriate at home “normal” way to eat it.

  4. For beef stomach you should try Ecuadorian Guatita, it is delicious, made with a peanut based sauce. It is one of the most popular dishes in Ecuador 46:17

  5. Menudo is the best hangover food ever. Pozole rojo is basically the same soupe if your bro doesn't enjoy the tripas.

  6. As a Polish person, Max, if you want to eat good beef stomach lining soup you should try something callaed Flaki, it's smiliar to Menudo but the "meat" is in more managable bites and instead of pork we add beef.

  7. In Czechia (don’t know if in other slavic coutries) we have a soup from beef stomach, I believe it’s the same stomach as the menudo and it’s really good, you should try it!

  8. >China.
    >Takes something super tame.
    >Not Three Squeaks.

Sorry but that's far from China's most extreme food.

  9. As a french who love andouillette, at least this time you cook it correctly, even if my favorite way is on bbq, or wrap in alluminium foil and in ambers.
But I have a question, WHY THE HELL DID YOU COOK THE CRÊPES ONLY ON ONE SIDE ???

  10. I knew you'd be doing Lutefisk for Norway 🙂
By the way, the Norwegian bread is called lefse (leff-suh), and it's delicious. We normally just eat it with butter or whatever else is at the dinner table (gravy, etc…)
I think the reason you had better luck with it is the preparation, it's normally much more fermented, and the version most people try is pulled out of a jar like pickles

  11. Never cook Indian food without proper research. That's not how you cook bheja fry. Where's the onion? Where r green chillies? Where is julienned ginger ? Where is turmeric?
For a perfect bheja fry follow these instructions –
Fry onions to a golden brown, then add garlic and ginger ( chopped or paste )
Add powdered masala ( Turmeric , chilli, garam masala, coriander powder , cumin powder , black pepper , salt) . Fry the masala , until masala and oil r separated . Chop tomatoes and add to the masala and keep frying till tomato turns soft . Now add the brain and keep frying and moving and make sure that the brain is in small bits and pieces.

  12. In the UK, we have a similar product to Vegemite called Marmite. Basically the same stuff, but I've found Marmite is a touch thicker, and a bit tarter.

  13. As a Pole, I must admit that I've never eaten blood soup and don't know anyone who has. Of course, I've heard of this soup, and I think it may be more popular in certain regions of Poland. In my region, however, kaszanka – blood sausage is definitely more popular. It's a sausage made from blood, groats and offal.

  14. Is there some special arrangement between YouTube and this channel? I'm trying to block the spam load in the algorithm, it's impossible and highly suspicious.

  15. idk who told you that the uk eat jellied eels but i can 100% tell you right now we do not eat that💀

  16. icelander here – you should really be having hàkarl with brennivin which is like a fennel/licorice tasting liquor. But yeah it's not so bad when you're drinking.

  17. Head cheese is incredible when done right.

Put it on half a roll with butter and have a pickle on the side
