You'd be surprised how many combinations of sweet and spicy go together. Chocolate and jalapenos are a pretty good combination.
FYI chongqing was the wartime capital of China during WWII, that's why it was boomed so much by Japanese.
And USA of all country dare used to call them backward 😂
