  1. Ingredients (Makes 4 waffles)

    * 1 cup soaked sabudana
    * 200 g low-fat paneer, grated
    * 150 g boiled sweet potato, mashed
    * 2 tbsp roasted peanut powder
    * 2 tbsp samak rice flour
    * 2 green chillies, finely chopped
    * 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
    * 1 tsp cumin seeds
    * Rock salt (sendha namak), to taste
    * 1 tsp oil or cooking spray for the waffle maker

    Method

    1. Mix soaked sabudana, mashed sweet potato, grated paneer, peanut powder, samak flour, chillies, coriander, cumin, and salt.
    2. Let the mixture rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
    3. Grease the waffle maker lightly.
    4. Spread the mixture evenly and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
    5. Serve hot.

    Serve with:

    * 200 g low-fat Greek yogurt mixed with coriander, mint, green chilli, roasted cumin, and rock salt.
