There's a brewery restaurant in La Jolla San Diego. At least there was in 2002. And it was on a koi pond with a bar went right up to the edge of the pond. I don't know about touching ir feeding them and there wasn't as many. But you can definitely see them. Very cool place. Great food and beer. Can't quite remember the name of it.
