The 2026 Global Food Crisis, Mapped
Your grocery bill isn’t just rising because of inflation. A massive El Niño brewing in the Pacific could push food prices even higher, disrupting cocoa, coffee, rice, shipping routes, energy grids, and global supply chains all at once.
The last strong El Niño helped send cocoa prices to record highs, strained the Panama Canal, triggered droughts, and forced countries to protect their own food supplies. The next one could be worse.
This video explains how a Super El Niño can turn ocean heat into a worldwide price shock. We break down why chocolate bars are shrinking, why coffee and cocoa harvests are under threat, how drought can choke the Panama Canal, and why rice-export bans can send food prices soaring across Asia, Africa, and beyond.
We also explore the Walker Circulation, jet stream disruption, Rossby waves, hydroelectric shortages, insurance costs, and how extreme weather events increasingly end up on your grocery receipt.
The real danger isn’t one bad harvest, it’s a global weather engine becoming more unstable, and making everyday life more expensive.

I'm 30sec in and HOLD ON, definitely greedy corporations are gouging people, that's definitely happening because they're boasting about their profits and pricing up "as much as the market can bear" so definitely DEFINITELY corporate greed gouging IS a part of it. Not all of it, but a big part of it.
Of course, global warming causing various droughts and climate changes is also a big factor.
The Hoover Dam will lose 12 out of 17 electric turbines this year according to El Nino.
If by chance, you're reading comments before watching, the guy talks very rapidly as usual. See that gear in the lower right? Click it, find playback speed and set to where it works for you. I set it at 90%… perfect.
The US produces far more food than it can consume. A lot of that excess 'was' sold to US AID which helped to feed millions of poor people in Africa. A VERY worthy cause. The food that would've gone to developing countries sits rotting in warehouses. They won't even donate it to starving low-income Americans! Thanks ELON MUSK and DONALD EPSTEIN TRUMP, because your CRUELTY is the POINT!
You’re saying this will happen because of global warming? Ok buddy. Because it has nothing to do with the governments shutting down for two years and goverment corruption
Weather modifications have to be included here. Weather warfare is real.
This video is how rich corporate scum gaslights us.
Working in a grocery store, I noticed yesterday how empty the shelves were getting..
Bold move to start the Video with a glaring lie. Yes some stuff gets more expensive due climate, but source price increases are a joke compared to product price increases. Corparate Greed is the rest.
TL;DR : CAPITALISM.
Im fucking tired of this. The rich are killing the rest of us so they can hoard resources they don’t need.
Sure… this is all from “global warming” and not “money printing based inflation”
I mean the US keep putting people in power that absolutely refuse to do anything. I hope the consequence of this el nino to be terrible on the US consumers, they deserve it
Now combine Super El Nino, one third of worldwide fertilizer supply stuck in the strait of Hormuz and the destruction of USAID and you get one hell of a famine…
Nobody know how plant trees no >:/

im at start but you must consider russian failing in agroculture bcoz fuel shortage
One of the bad parts about being on the back 9 is that I likely won't see the reappearance and use of those shiny head removal devices used in the 1790s.
Know people that have literally called on themselves so they get a free trip home for vacation and then be back couple weeks later ..y'all wasting our money 😂
