50 ml | agave nectar |
20 ml | almond milk |

This northern Italian dessert wine’s notes of cherry and spice go wonderfully with chocolate.
Step 1
Peel, pit, and quarter avocado. Deseed vanilla bean. Cut banana into chunks.

Step 2
Add avocado, banana, vanilla bean seeds, cocoa powder, and agave nectar to a blender.

2 tbsp cocoa powder / 50 ml agave nectar
Step 3
Add almond milk to blender and blend on high speed for approx. 1 –2 min. until a smooth, pudding-like consistency is achieved.
20 ml almond milk
Step 4
Transfer pudding to jars for serving. Garnish with pineapple and mint. Enjoy!
