  1. Gotta soak gammy meat in milk for at least 24 hours before the cook to remove wild flavor. You can do longer to get rid of more flavor but eventually it will compromise the integrity of the meat so it’s a fine line. But dang do they all look good!

If you have super gamey meat you can soak it in salt water brine or buttermilk both work extremely well to remove that taste you can do both let it soak in salt water for 6 to 8 hours pat dry then in buttermilk for a few more hours I normally have to do it for bear meat when I kill a old boar bear because that meat can be inedible if you don’t i recommend doing it to all predators animals do to the high ammonia taste they can have

  3. Would have been a better experiment if you cooked every meat the same way or tried every way on the same meat. You people are an insult to scientific integrity.

  4. Tbh camel hot dogs are fire I eat them all the time especially cuz I’m in the Middle East

  5. You need to do the same cook on all of them so you get a true measure of the meat, and you screwed up with the elk. The syrup and whiskey should've been a glaze at best
