  1. Somen and zaru soba were always my favorite things to eat after baseball practice when I lived in Tokyo.
Tip would be drink lots of Pocari Sweat or Aquarius

  2. Did I just see Leina in your video? It's been quite a while since she's made an appearance. Do miss her bubbly enthusiasm!

  3. Zaru Soba!!! Currently the US is going through a crazy heat wave. I've been making zaru soba almost every day, 😅

  4. Most places in Japan are hideous in summer. Inescapable humidity and searing temperatures. I did like the cold noodles, a real favourite.

  5. If the Kakigoori costs more than 500-1000 yen is is definitely not worth it. Also Summer is real bad in japan, please stay away everyone. I totally don't always travel in Summer and it would be great if less peoöle were there.

  6. My 1st trip to Japan next week, these videos have been so helpful although I've ended up with far too many Google pins from the recommendations that I could ever visit!
