The second woman lives in her own reality that only vaguely resembles ours. Never been arrested she attests. Funny that the cop saw her lovely mug shot, lol. She’s homeless and mentally ill like so many others, and unfortunately there aren’t enough proper facilities to deal with all these troubled individuals. The States is experiencing a deadly health care crisis where only the truly rich can afford to be sick.
