I do believe that you can find any countries cuisine in the UK. The burning question is that has Little Miss had her first Mexican meal? 🤔🇬🇧🏴

There is a really nice mexican inspired restaurant near me, it hasn't been open long, it's called Taco Bell, I'm told it's quite popular but I wouldn't eat there myself.
I'm English and everything must be boiled for at least 3 days to remove all flavor.
I miss Luche Libre in Liverpool very much – closed down 6 years back – owners just wanted to move on to new project . Best I have known. Street food style and very authentic
You do find authentic Mexican food in the UK as the restaurants or market stalls or food trucks where you find it tend to be run by actual Mexicans living in the UK. We’ve recently had an influx in the UK of the US chain Taco Bell, which is as Mexican as Pizza Hut is Italian! In the US you have a greater number of proper Mexican food outlets because not only are many people of Mexican descent in the USA because their families have lived there since before the USA existed (and even before those were colonies of the Spanish Empire), but also the USA’s North American neighbour to the south is Mexico, so you’re bound to also have lots of immigration between the 2 countries. That’s the same reason why we have lots of other Europeans living in the UK and sharing their cuisines with us. My Italian mum went on holiday to NYC and found the “Italian” 😂😂😂 food there inedible.😊
There used to be a fantastic place in Bradford but it closed down a while back 😢
Mexican rock band The Warning gave their seal of approval to a place in Glasgow a few years ago. Not sure if it’s still there but I’ll try and find it…
Edit: the place is called Rafa’s. The Warning’s manager Rudy explained the owner is from Arizona. (The Warning have great aftermovies of them on tour)
