The Secret to Crispy Chicken Thighs and Tender Greens | Andy Baraghani | NYT Cooking

Andy Baraghani shows us how to make his crispy chicken thighs with melty leeks and peas. It’s the kind of dish you make when all the pretty greens finally show up at the market and you want something light but still deeply satisfying. It all happens in one skillet, which means the vegetables pick up the savory bits left behind by the chicken.

Is Taylor Swift, Musk, or Obama team guiding harmful audio telephonic manipulation?
Limon lo amarga y lo sabes.
without the herbs this dish is lovely and green but cyclosporiasis-safe. Will be making this week.
Oh yum that looks good. And so does the chicken.
No printed recipe? To hell with you.
😢I am sad because I am not eating myself 😂😂😂
I’m a natural bbq pitmaster and I approve this
Nice job, Andy 👍
This looks so ridiculously good.
Misleading title. Where are the greens? Leeks aren't greens.
Totally yummy looking! Thank you, will give it a go😋😋😋
This looks great, but I would probably finish the chicken thighs in a low oven – Around 300°
CRISPY JUICY chicken thighs with JUICY GREENY SNAPPY CRUNCHY greens holy shit can you just give it a normal name
I see Andy. I click.
Can you do this on a heated stainless steel pan instead of cast iron?

Why not show the nonskin side when taken from the skillet?
Love the cast iron skillet too! Where’d you get it NYT cooking??
Greens?
how nice I just wish there was some potatoes along with the chicken fat lol I'm a carb lover and I'd probably only put in 1/4 of the leek as it has a different flavor to my senses, I love green fresh or young onions with the giant green stalks as the main friend to most food ones but including other of the onion family would be nice too. Oh btw the I want that pan too I hope Andy gets one for all the work he put in.
@nytcooking now I'm curious what cast iron pan that is!
Those thighs look sexy… and the chicken does too!
I need to try using more of the top of the leek I usually don't use it so far up and save that part for stock.
I see Andy. I click. ……
