  6. That pizza oven is earning its keep!!๐Ÿ˜… Question ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ do you ever use it to make pizza!?๐Ÿ˜…

Much love to my favorite private chef, and the Mrs., from North Carolina ๐Ÿ’

  7. Love those grilled cebollitas! A staple at carne asadas ๐Ÿ˜ "cebollitas" means "little onions" lol cebolla is just onion

  8. I learned about binchotan from an episode of the new remake of King of the Hill lol One of the characters is a chef and he only wants binchotan for his restaurant, it's really cool to see what it looks like in real life and how to use it! Loved the quick shot of your adorable pup too! Enjoy your well deserved day off!

  9. im so tired I thought the peppers were carabinero prawns๐Ÿ˜‚. I was like, "how did he get the most expensive shrimp from a regular market?" lol

  10. Hopefully this guy is a Christian and I can spend an eternity asking him to show me how he cooks X food while we jam out to God's mercy!

  11. Those plates looked delicious! Nice to see that you take the time to create tasty dishes for you and your wife at home. So many would just toss whatever on a plate once home, or order in.

  12. We have a Vallarta near me in Watsonville. I love it as do all my friends. It is a holy pilgrimage for my pals that still enjoy cooking. Iโ€™m into my 80โ€™s and said the hell with it๐Ÿ˜Š. I just buy prepared foods and love their tamales. I grew up in LA and we had Mexican food frequently. It remains my comfort food to this day!

  13. You live in the valley but commute to Beverly Hills?? Damn thatโ€™s what? At least 1.5hr each way?

  14. You may know but if not, when seafood is fishy, you can soak it in salt and water. It makes a big difference..I dont do fishy..lol

  15. I use a chimney for charcoal, but I'm impatient so I use a hair dryer to force air faster ๐Ÿ˜‚

  16. We had some cebollitas last Sunday during the World Cup match. I cleaned them, cut them in half and put some butter on it. Wrap them in foil and dad cook them to perfectionโค. We also did some short ribs that dad marinated the day before. He used dried papaya seeds (he dries the seeds himself) salt, black pepper and lime to marinate the meat Since mom is diabetic and we canโ€™t use a lot of salt, we use the seeds. Of course we can buy or use something to tenderize the meat but this is more effective and at the same time it will help you digest the meat way better ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚.

  17. I loveeee food, I wish I could hire some one to cook for me like disโคโคโคโคโค. Nice dish
