How an MLB Stadium Feeds 40,000 Fans Every Game (From Hot Dogs to Lobster)

How do you feed 40,000 fans—almost four times a week—for seven months straight? At the Atlanta Braves’ Truist Park, it takes more than 2,000 staff, 400 cooks, and a relentless game plan to deliver everything from classic stadium fare to filet mignon and lobster. With 81 home games and over a million hot dogs sold each season, every detail is calculated, down to the estimated 1.2 hot dogs eaten per fan. Step behind the scenes with Executive Chef Jaco Dryer and the team as they cook from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., fire up thousands of burgers, and execute “a thousand small decisions” that keep game day running. From massive walk-in freezers to fine dining dishes made à la minute, this is the high-stakes logistics of feeding a Major League Baseball stadium. 1. Every time I stop by Truist Park I order 10 lobsters for me and my friends and we get down baby!!!!

  2. 1:15 "76000 pounds of briskets, thats going to be the equivalent of 25 cars. And 130000 gallons of beer this year, thats the equivalent of about seven swimming pools"
..man US people will do anything to avoid the metric system

  3. " he walks 9 miles a day" that's not a lot lol, i was doing 12-15 a night at my job while lifting thousands of pounds, and even then people can do more than that.

  4. I worked in the kitchen for 3 years, no this video isnt how daily operations is. Its done for video and marketing. Most stuff isnt cut daily.

  5. The same people attending these games and eating tons of unnecessary food are the same people complaining that the homeless aren't being fed

  6. aside from having an Amazing crew and top shelf Cooking staff – that giant multi meat burger is simply Stupid….but baseball fans are not the brightest…so exploit them and sell a ridiculous burger – people bring a small TV to the game so they can watch it from the stands ??? ( i was a satellite truck op for ESPN and all major networks, most Stadiums have excellent food )

  7. Im sure staff gets to take leftovers, i know some of the staff from the nationals stadium walk out with bags of food. I don’t know if they’re allowed but they do it anyways and if you ever been to nationals stadium and see the people that work there it wouldn’t surprise you.

  8. Imagine Gordon Ramsey trashing these “chefs”. Freezing meat after you cook it, gross for a $40 plate
