Naga cuisine is not chicken based. If you visit Nagaland- Kohima & surrounding areas , locals eat frog meat, silkworms, spiders & even dog meat. And of course pork. These are sold on the streets & markets of Kohima.
Why have you'll stop mentioning the place and the location in the description box, whose stupid idea was it? Please resume it.

I have 1 suggestion," you must cover food from Mumbai to Goa in Mandovi express" food queen of Indian railways.
I am not so sure about your visiting all the north east states to discover their food culture. There are very few videos/ shows of yours featuring food cultures of other states of the country

I don’t think this was authentic Naga cuisine. If you visit Nagaland it will much better and a different ball game. In general Naga cuisine is the best.
I also recommend Manipuri cuisine.
So naga foods are all about porks
So,Naga is basically = China with Nepali population .
NORTH EAST INDIA SIMPLY ROCKS.
