  1. If i have a coffee at a restaurant and after cream & splenda if its bitter I always add (a small amount at a time) of salt and it definitely cuts most of it out. I don't remember where I learned it but its been a huge help.

  2. Trying to remember back to my first degree but I believe the milk does work with spice because the calcium out competes the capcasin for the trp-v channels. But there is a point where it's still above your spice level. Also things that are acidic will amplify the spice making it even spicier. The channels illicit the same kind of response as actual heat does so cold things while not directly working on the spice channels can help. So milk will work. Or any dairy. But I would know your spice tolerance first and also you can't put a drop in the ocean and expect it to do much🤷🏻

  3. 15:07 in Egypt we have something called samna it’s like butter but more tasty my grandmother make the pasta with it it put it in the boiling water with the pasta then some after the pasta is cooked and it is so delicious but add some seasoning to make it better

  4. In India the underpaid women who pick tea leaves, they used to drink tea with salt, cuz they can't afford sugar

  5. Sweetie, Ido not use lemon while boiling eggs and yet our eggs do look like that too (outer skin peel kind), so it has nothing to do with the lemon, honey!!
    Warm greetz from Pinkie (Belgium)

  6. can you try my strawberry milkshake recipe ? first step is to put 6 strawberry in the blender followed with 3 ice cubes next step is to put 2 cups of milk and vanilla ice cream or any of your choice finally add a little bit of maple syrup! i hope you like it 🙂

  7. The chocolate sounds like it would work cause there’s a lot of flavors in there that you could say could be manipulated to make the chocolate just taste like more chili if that makes sense. Just a weird thought because I do know you can add peanut butter to certain chilies and soup so I think the same thing applies here. I took all their art that’s how I know this. It doesn’t mean I can’t be wrong. I’m human. Maybe there’s something that will happen that it’s unforeseen who knows I’ve been wrong before. Oh so it’s not that it was bad. It was just you don’t like sweet chili cause some chilies are sweet so I’d say that’s still means it works. Unless your perspective is you don’t like sweet chili which is fine cause Nigel likes the same thing so I think I guess it depends.

  8. I wonder if you’re supposed to put it the bread on the cookie not separated from it could I have anything to do with it? I never seen this hack before so I’d like to try this experiment myself!

  9. That’s not because the note doesn’t help it’s that once you get to a certain heat level, you need more fat content to do what it needs to do buttermilk might help better!

  10. Sparkling water in cakes also makes them super fluffy and delicious! And if you’re making boxed pancakes or cake, replace the water with milk or do half milk half sparkling water. 😃 I teach a Molecular gastronomy class.
And I’ve been making cinnamon coffee since 1990. It’s my favorite! If you have a Keurig, the Starbucks cinnamon dolce cups are so delicious!! And if your coffee was still bitter, then you didn’t add enough salt. Because it does work. You can’t taste the salt at all. 😁🫶🏻 And adding butter to your pasta water is as useless and adding oil!! All you’re doing is making oily water and your pasta sauce will NOT stick better! Idk who came up with this one, but it’s idiotic!!
Aaaaand don’t put a piece of chocolate in your chili. 😂
Add a 1/2 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder to your spices. And mix it all in together.

  11. Don’t ever add water to hot oil! Its very unsafe. The fact you have it as your thumbnail isn’t the best idea. Considering it seems like you’re just pouring a bunch in.

  12. The buldak is painful to watch it's quitely a instant noodles not ramen, it looks like soupy to me

  13. Not sure about milk cutting the spice but sour cream or greek yogurt will do the trick.

  14. The bacon that pops the most is water logged to sell you more water weight. When it cooks off it pops. If you want to keep from making a mess making bacon, lay it on a baking pan and 400F for 25-30 minutes or until it is the crispness you like.
