Angel hair pasta with shrimp in white wine sauce

|250 g||shrimp (ready to cook)|
|50 ml||white wine|
|1 tbsp||cold butter|
|olive oil for frying|

Riesling Classics are regarded as typically clear wines with strong fruitiness, yet delicate elegance. They have a long finish and are universal menu companions, especially for light cuisine and seafood.
Cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water, according to package instructions, for approx. 5 – 7 min. until al dente. Drain, save some pasta water and set aside.

250 g long pasta / salt
Finely chop parsley and garlic.

1 bunch parsley / 1 clove garlic
Heat up some olive oil in a frying pan and sear shrimp for approx. 3 – 4 min. until opaque.

Add garlic and sauté for approx. 2 – 3 min. until fragrant. Deglaze pan with white wine.
50 ml white wine
Stir in cold butter to bind the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
1 tbsp cold butter / salt / pepper
Toss cooked pasta briefly in sauce. Add lemon juice. Stir in chopped parsley and serve in deep plates.
