   I had no idea that this species even existed until I was on a beach where I lived in Oahu at night and shined my flashlight down the beach and saw them and it was one of the most shocking and Majestic moments of my entire life. They are so much bigger than people think, they are truly magical

   It’s hard to tell how big / long each turtle is without a reference point. So it’s great when you tell us how large each animal is. ❤
