French Fine Dining Through a Japanese Lens
Artisan Osaka is a French fine-dining restaurant shaped by Chef Tomohiro Mishima’s belief in cooking as craftsmanship. Before becoming a chef, Mishima spent six years working as a carpenter, then moved into professional kitchens and later trained in Paris.
At Artisan, Japanese ingredients meet French technique and the sensibility he developed during his time in France. The open counter kitchen also lets guests experience the aromas, plating, and preparation as each dish comes together.

Japanese chefs really know how to master their craft. That level of precision is something else.
