Chia fresca
I love to drink this in the mornings with my breakfast. It’s both filling and energizing!

4 tbsp | chia seeds |
1.2 l | water (divided) |
4 | limes (juice) |
4 tsp | agave nectar |

For a light and healthy snack or as a breakfast pair this refreshing Chia Fresca with some fresh fruits.
Step 1
Soak chia seeds in part of the water for approx. 30 min.

4 tbsp chia seeds / 200 ml water
Step 2
Add lime juice and agave nectar to chia seed water. Stir thoroughly and then add to rest of the water.

4 limes / 4 tsp agave nectar / 1 l water
Step 3
Pour into individual glasses with ice cubes. Enjoy!
