Guy, let me suggest that you visit Stella's Bar & Grill in Bellevue, Nebraska the next time you're in the area. It's a small shack on a hill, about two miles north of Offutt AFB. The place is an iconic institution, and it has even been recognized by the State. Their burgers are legendary.

I to was born and raised in Omaha and miss the eateries in that city
-Block 16 & Izzy Pizza is amazing. Izzys now has a brick & mortar place. The Food Truck joint that Izzys started at still exists and Aviles Market is nearby.
-WD Cravings & Dirty Birds is good.
-Have yet to eat at Big Mommas.
-Kitchen Table just sucks, their food is genuinely bad.
-Cali Taco is basically closed.
Dirty Birds Chicken & Pancake is good, their sandwiches are next level.
