I make this quick and flavorful porridge nearly every weekday. I love to switch out the apple for whichever fruit I have around!

Ingredients (2 servings)

30 galmonds
1apple
100 gporridge oats
100 mlwater
250 mlalmond milk
1 tbspagave syrup
0.25 tspcinnamon

Latte Macchiato
A latte and a bowl of porridge make for a quick and satisfying breakfast. For a fun twist on the latte, try adding a touch of cinnamon or vanilla.

Step 1

Quick almond porridge

Roughly chop almonds. Dice apple into bite-sized pieces.

30 g almonds / 1 apple

Step 2

Quick almond porridge

In a small saucepan, add oats, water, and almond milk and bring to a simmer.

100 g porridge oats / 100 ml water / 250 ml almond milk

Step 3

Quick almond porridge

Add agave syrup to oats. Allow to simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, for approx. 5 – 7 min.

1 tbsp agave syrup

Step 4

Quick almond porridge

Ladle oatmeal into bowls for serving. Garnish with almonds, apples, and cinnamon. Enjoy!
