  1. Add some water to that oxtail mixture and you will have the best soup, maybe better than chicken when you're sick.

  2. Never heard of Basque food before but almost all of it looks delicious but no way I'd eat tongue and octopus no matter how they were cooked.

  3. Reno may still have all those events, but the Downtown area suffers. I’m always happy that Guy still comes back. You can absolutely find great food here and the food scene keeps growing, but the Downtown doesn’t. I’m a longtime resident and locals need to investigate local cuisine other than the big casinos or the numerous chains. Help support these local restaurants…..

  4. Guy fieri was hesitant on the second dish when it was soaked in eggs and fried. He hated it but won’t tell the chef.

  5. Ox tail prices quadrupled these past years – used to be the cheapest cut – made Hawaii ox tail soup all the time !! Now it’s just as expensive as Ribeye steak 🥩

  6. Black folk mostly brought out oxtail recipes, and because it was the parts of the animal that the white slave owners did not eat. So I wonder where did he get this recipe from and how did he know about oxtails.🤔
