  1. I went to the HK in Baltimore and wasn't terribly impressed. It was good but it was absolutely not up to the expectations we had.
Frankly I have had better at Rustica in Kalamazoo MI. Or Dante's (ed.: or Tartine! their breakfast pizza is out of this world) in Cleveland. Or the Hop Leaf in Chicago.

  2. Unfortunately, I must ruin the irony of there being 666 comments on a Hell's Kitchen video. And I regret nothing. 😈

  3. Jennifer got a prize that most wanted, cooking with Gordon himself. That had to boost her confidence to do that.

  4. I can't help but notice, every time I watch that show, that most of the time when someone causes Ramsey trouble, it's always people from… A certain background…

  5. I love these shows…and Ramsey, and understand intense businesses (far more than Chef’s…in the biggest entertainment industry, but maybe if you didn’t YELL AT THE CHEFS, they’d get dishes done and out. You know…like humans.

  6. You can tell most of these idiots are in their 20’s, because they think about themselves first, before teamwork. So disappointing…would NEVER want to dine there 👎

  7. Best fish that I ever tasted was at a restaurant in London nearly ten years ago. Moist and succulent in the middle yet grilled to a lightly tarnished crunch on the outside.
Like the customer with the desert at the end of this clip said, it was an “Oh my God” moment.
Best way to tell a good chef is when you can remember the ‘OMG!’ taste sensation moment, ten years later.

  8. 12:50 I feel Jennifer here, working with Chef Ramsey himself. I would also be quite nervous but excited, he knew what he was doing and communicated to finish service.
