I'd do it with one piece of bread, lay it on top of one side and then flip it, more cheese less bread. I love cheese ❤
You should have added some cheese and some ham. In the middle. After cooking the ham till it's hot. Before folding it. That would take it to the next level
Where's the inside cheese and ham? You dont have enough cheese there to be a grilled cheese.

Crazy I've been doing this for years not quite to that extent but I always put shredded cheese down on my crust and I use Mayo instead of butter
