5 KIDS. Baby #6 on the Way — And Dinner Is INSTANT NOODLES?
A foggy day in the mountains begins with a simple request from the kids — instant noodles.
With five children and baby #6 on the way, Svitlana prepares their favorite noodles in her own way. Instead of simply adding hot water, she cooks a real chicken broth and uses it to make dinner for the children.
But cooking is only one small part of the day. Dmytro works around the farm, carries firewood, feeds the animals and moves heavy stones, while the children find adventures everywhere.
They climb into the unfinished attic, play among the jars stored there, make their own little swing, spend time with kittens and blow bubbles outside in the fog.
Later, Svitlana prepares buckwheat and chicken rolls as the whole family gathers together again.
This is another ordinary but incredibly busy day in the life of their growing mountain family.

This is a beautiful family. They live a much simpler life than most of us on here but that doesn't mean they are in need of anything. We are not there and can not see beyond this amazing 30-minute video. I have read in previous videos that dad goes for months to work in forestry, so not only does he work hard at home, he is working elsewhere. They are beautiful people and beautiful parent's. If you take the time to watch all their previous videos, you will see mom smiling and laughing, giving hugs and kisses to her children and to each other. Instant noodles aren’t prepared that way. Boil a pot of water, add the noodles, and cook them for about two to three minutes. Then mix in the seasoning packet that comes with the noodles. If you’ve already made chicken soup, you don’t need to add the seasoning packet—doing so can make the soup too salty.
