Glazed Easter ham

|1.5 kg||ham (pre-cooked)|
|1 tsp||coriander seeds|
|100 ml||white wine|
|1 tbsp||brown sugar|

Dolcetto—a dry red wine from the Liguria—is fruit forward with aromas of cherries and spice that wonderfully complement the ham.
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Score a diamond pattern across skin of ham. Peel carrots and then cut lengthwise into quarters.

1.5 kg ham / 5 carrots
Add juniper berries, coriander seeds, cloves, peppercorns, mustard, water, white wine, sugar, and salt to a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for approx. 5 – 10 min.
3 juniper berries / 1 tsp coriander seeds / 2 cloves / 1 tsp peppercorns / 1 tbsp mustard / 200 ml water / 100 ml white wine / 100 g sugar / 1 tbsp brown sugar / 1 tbsp salt
Roughly chop parsley. Line bottom of baking dish with carrots. Place ham on top, baste with glaze, and bake in preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for approx. 30 – 35 min. Remove from oven, carve, and garnish with roasted carrots and parsley. Baste with remaining glaze and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
