  1. There are a couple sports bars in my area will do something similar to this but do use boneless chunks instead of bone in wing. They do chunks with sauce, fries, coleslaw, topped with cheese and then heated up to melt the cheese

  2. I guarantee that they were taking this home and then mixing it with ice and water throughout the week.

  3. Worked at McDonald's once, someone doordashed a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese as the following: no cheese, no 1/4Lb beef, no bun, only ketchup, only pickle, only lettuce. It was a platter with lettuce, ketchup, and pickles. It probably around $8 for lettuce, ketchup, and pickles.

  4. In defense of the clam chowder person, from the post it sounded like they asked fairly politely if it was even possible at all and (hopefully) would have accepted it if the answer was no.
As someone who loves asparagus cream soup but hates actual pieces of aspargus, I get the struggle lol

  5. If someone asks for clamless clam chowder bring them a bowl of literally any other soup instead. And they would also probably love some crayons and coloring book.

  6. I worked at a Dairy Queen for my first job, I remember this one specific blizzard order. It was a large blizzard witn nothing but a whole banana inside. And bananas are mainly made up of water…well, the customer complained anyway that it was too thin🥲

  7. There is a much easier way to do the clam chowder one! Could strain the soup to get all the chunks out, then put the potatoes back in

  8. What Ive never understood is charging more for extra but not reducing the charge for less ingredients.

  9. Watching this episdoe 2 days late….one of the best episodes in the longest time. It took awhile for GMM to survive the lossof Stevie, but they have finally got there.💯

  10. My largest moment of disbelief was when they said the wing prices were $24/20. I live in Buffalo and that price boggled my mind 😂

  11. The refreshers are a great mixer, I used to double up on the concentrate and then added vodka at home 🤣

  12. I’ve asked for iced tea no ice.
The waiter looked at me weird 😅
But, I figured it was like Brisk and already cooled in the fridge. I wanted more of the drink and less ice. In my brain since it’s a can of Brisk they’d just take from the fridge and pour. But my friend looked at me and laughed too 😅

  13. Today is the day they learn about an ingredient called Aquafaba. This is used in some dishes, and it is the liquid that is in canned chickpeas, or if you buy them dry and cook them yourself, it's the liquid left over. It's mostly used for people who don't eat eggs (vegans) and it is a leavening agent, emulsifier, anyplace you would use egg, where egg is just there for the stuff that it does and not as a main ingredient.

  14. as a barista, imagine orders like that refresher, but it's every drink. most orders i make have a cvs receipt length sticker

  15. This episode had a really weird vibe to it. All those cuts to somewhere else. To the very seperate pre recorded sponsor segment, to the mythical kitchen bit, to the microwave bits. It kinda felt off-putting to be thrown out of the episode 4 times.

  16. I've watch Rhett eat and drink off of Link and all of a sudden, his finger covering the hole is an issue? Lol.

  17. I will never forget the "SamaChino" from my Starbuck days, a regular would get 6 strong shots of espresso, 5 splenda packets, extra hot water (steamed to max tempature approx 210) and exactly a inch and a half of steamed heavy cream (he gave us a wooden stick to measure the cream), and he'd come in and order it 3 times a day…

And he'd order by screaming "AAAHHHHH" into the drive thru ordering machine <3

    (Name changed for privacy)

  18. Starbucks make sense if they weren’t charging extra and they diluted it at home for cheap drinks

  19. For this first drink.. maybe she used it as a base at home… and added her own water and juice or whatever. I just don't think someone would drink that straight.

  20. For those wondering, if you fast forward exactly 30 seconds from when Rhett hits start on the microwave, it goes to exactly him opening it. He was actually precisely spot on

  21. I really think the wings one wouldn't be so absurd if he just asked for "extra sauce, a side of cheese, a pickle, and a side of mayo" and just assembled it at home. Making the restaurant do the assembly is too much IMO

  22. When I worked at McDonalds we had this old couple come in and they wanted McMuffins EXTRA well done. I thought they meant once more through, like normal for we'll come muffins. My sister (the manager) told me no, they meant literally on fire. Like smoking, burnt to a crisp. I thought, no way this is real. They didn't send it back. She was right
