Baked Brie Cheese 🧀
It’s always baked Brie season! 🧀🍓 This Strawberry Balsamic Baked Brie is the sweet, tangy, melty appetizer your guests will be asking you for the recipe for. By @convinoboard
Ingredients:
– 8 ounce Brie cheese wheel
– ½-1 cup chopped strawberries
– 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
– 3 tablespoons honey
– Chopped fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
2. Add the Brie cheese to an ovenproof baking dish. Score the top of the Brie and bake for 15 minutes or until soft and oozing.
3. While the Brie bakes, add balsamic vinegar and honey to a pan. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the chopped strawberries and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the strawberries are soft.
4. Spoon the strawberry balsamic mixture over the baked Brie.
5. Garnish with basil and serve with crackers or crostini!
