I remember trying the food at Shanghai Disneyland last winter. I also managed to get the turkey leg and the Mala Tang(the spicy one) as well and they are decent!
I still prefer Tokyo’s Disneyland’s food, more affordable and tasted good 👍🏻

dylan you gotta try hong kong and tokyo disneyland/sea next they also have some awesome food options. And I really hope you were able to go onto shanghai's pirates while you were there its totally different from the us versions and its SO cool. i havent been to the china parks myself but i know people who have + tokyo disney was so well maintained, i liked it a lot better than either of the stateside parks so you'd have lots to talk about
