Oh man!!! 90's 00's Nastalgia right here. I used to go to the Norms on Pico near Sepulveda across from the Jack late night! It was awesome! I believe that area has completely transformed though 🙁

I’m always amazed at not just the amount of food but all the different types of food that gets churned out at such speed and frequency.
All looked good except the club which was mangled. I was a line cook in college. Hard, fast work.

what a great great workplace! Everybody's just working so well with each other they're working as one and have a rhythm to what they're doing as far as the cooking and getting the food out as soon as it's done and just wow I'd be proud to work there! Great job everybody hard work but really great work!
