Chef Nat Russell has a way of taking familiar Southern dishes and turning them into something completely unexpected while still honoring what makes Southern cooking so special.
I’m still thinking about those incredible Sweet Tea Braised Sticky Ribs, the Lemon Ricotta Agnolotti, and especially the Shrimp & Grits, which were easily some of the best I’ve ever had. And that Smoked Brown Butter Ice Cream? An experience of its own.
Honestly, I don’t think there’s a bad order on the menu. If you’re planning a visit, skip your usual order and try something that surprises you. That’s where this place really shines. ✨
