Wine Tip
Riesling, medium-dry, 2012
This medium-dry Riesling from the Mosel region provides the perfect combination of pleasant sweetness and crisp tartness, and rounds out the trio of mango, fresh mint, and subtle chili pepper wonderfully.
Step 1
Slice the carrot, lettuce heart, snow peas, green onion, celery, bell pepper, mint, and parsley into fine strips. Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut into slices.
peeler, cutting board, knife
1 carrot / 1 lettuce heart / 100 g snow peas / 1 green onion / 1 stalk celery / 1 bell pepper / 0.25 bunch mint / 0.25 bunch parsley / 1 mango
Step 2
For the spread, mix the soy yogurt with mint strips, lime juice, chili powder, sugar, and salt and pepper.
small bowl
100 ml soy yogurt / 2 tsp lime juice / 0.5 tsp chili powder / 0.5 tsp sugar / salt / pepper
Step 3
Spread the mixture onto the wraps. Top with sliced vegetables, parsley, and mango.

Step 4
Now, roll to create a wrap. First, fold the edges up and roll as tightly as possible from the widest edge. The less air in the wrap, the easier it is to cut afterwards.
Step 5
Cut the wrap diagonally across the middle to serve. This makes it pleasing to the eye and easy to place decoratively onto a plate.
