Bircher muesli

20 g | hazelnuts |
1 | apple (Granny Smith or other tart variety) |
125 ml | milk |
75 g | yogurt (plain) |
100 g | yogurt (Greek) |
2 tbsp | honey |
75 g | oats (rolled) |
2 tbsp | raisins |

Step 1
Roughly chop hazelnuts. Julienne the apple.

Step 2
Mix milk, yogurt, Greek yogurt, and honey in a large bowl.

125 ml milk / 75 g yogurt / 100 g yogurt (Greek) / 2 tbsp honey
Step 3
Add apples, hazelnuts, oat flakes, and sultanas to the blended yogurt. Steep for a few hours or overnight before serving to allow the oats to become soft.
