Ingredients (2 servings)

20 ghazelnuts
1apple (Granny Smith or other tart variety)
125 mlmilk
75 gyogurt (plain)
100 gyogurt (Greek)
2 tbsphoney
75 goats (rolled)
2 tbspraisins

Step 1

Bircher muesli

Roughly chop hazelnuts. Julienne the apple.

20 g hazelnuts / 1 apple

Step 2

Bircher muesli

Mix milk, yogurt, Greek yogurt, and honey in a large bowl.

125 ml milk / 75 g yogurt / 100 g yogurt (Greek) / 2 tbsp honey

Step 3

Bircher muesli

Add apples, hazelnuts, oat flakes, and sultanas to the blended yogurt. Steep for a few hours or overnight before serving to allow the oats to become soft.
