Mexican meal
1 bad part skim cheese mozzarella
1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
8oz bottle of taco sauce

BBQ meal
1 bad fat, free mozzarella
1 cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
7 servings blue hog’s sugar-free barbecue sauce

Mix those up your pepper should be done disperse half in each one

Final stage wrapping
This makes 24 burritos get to wrapping

  4. See, what I'd like to see is the cost for all the ingredients and the average cost per prep. That way people can see how you can be slopping healthy while being slopping cost effective.

  8. Shit got so easier once I started meal prepping. I only cook once a day now. I have a 30g protein shake in the morning, eat a bowl of my meal prep, then cook in the evening before the gym, then drink a 60g protein shake before bed.
