Most of that food has yogurt, butter, or cream in it. All the chicken and lamb was probably marinated in yogurt + spices. The butter chicken probably has cream and butter. A lot of those dips have yogurt in them too (the red ones probably the only ones that dont). That explains all the burping from Ron, LOL.
