On an 11-day trip through California where we ate at 9 fine dining restaurants and a total of 19 Michelin stars, one meal stood above the rest. This was our experience at Enclos in Sonoma – a brand-new restaurant from chef Brian Limoges that earned two Michelin stars just months after opening and delivered the best meal we had all year.
