Chicken rice no miss me , chicken rice no love me
やわらかいタイプのチャーシューでした。チャーシューづくりがとても過酷ですね。その甲斐あって綺麗に輝いたおいしそうなチャーシューです。あのとろみのあるチャーシューは麺との相性もよさそう。夜遅くまでの営業なのにずっと満席なのはおいしくて地元に認められた証拠ですね。
