I really, really love this video. Thank you for sharing. I know you guys are in the Bay Area, so can it really be ๅๅจๅธ็ first time eating Hog Island oysters? The guy at the counter said they came from the farm "today," so I know they were the best. Oysters at a stadium, of all places. I'm filipino so I get the whole Asian mom thing. Afterall I can eat lunch for sixty-three cents.

I would have liked to hear the reasoning for the ratings, more criticism or comments on what went into the scores. I do recall him saying something was too salty.
I went to the super bowl in Dallas 15 years ago and my tickets were $1200 and I was 5 rows from the field. Crazy how much more it has become. Especially with Bad Bunny garbage halftime.

hog island has some of the best and freshest oysters in the bay area. Been to their oyster farm a few times to buy fresh oysters and they are always incredible.
I think it makes perfect sense Grandpa Lau only gave a 100 to oysters. Really good chefs can discern how almost anything can be prepared just a little better. The oysters can't be improved upon by a chef, their quality is all in how they were farmed and served. It's a sign of how skilled Grandpa Lau actually is.
