A Valentine’s lunch we will never forget at @kol.restaurant One Michelin Star Mexican Restaurant in London by Chef @santiagolas and known as the best Mexican restaurant in the world outside of Mexico! This London restaurant is also in @theworlds50best top 50 restaurants in the world!

From that first bite of the mind blowing short rib quesadilla to the renowned langoustine taco, the flavours they create at this London restaurant are absolutely perfect. What makes it more special is that apart from chilli and corn they create the majority of Mexican flavours using mainly British ingredients. And everything was just wow!

Impeccable service on a Valentine’s service, we never felt rushed and we were so well looked after. Truly wonderful and caring service with the team explaining each dish and helpfully advising on how best to tackle the dishes – just pick up the bone and bite it! Well appreciated. One of our favourite London food experiences ever.
