I asked 4 world class chefs how they make pasta at home, and let me tell you, this is as un-traditional as it gets. Which pasta will you be attempting this week?

If US ever want to attack Italy they could just blast this video in every italian screen and they will self immolate, before a needing to drop a single bomb!
I've tried Mac and Cheese twice, and both times it's made me want to SPEW, it's nothing we ate growing up, and now I'm and adult I can't stomach it, I prefer to eat a tasty piece of lambs fry
Based on how you identified that WRX, we need an "Andy Drives" episode STAT!
16:35 – Thanks Andy, it's nice to see Chefs and influencers actually acknowledge this. If your nearest and dearest love it and you don't have to spend your entire evening after work over the stove, then who cares how you arrived at the recipe.
Looks delicious Andy!
If I could hug anybody in the world, it’d probably Jose Andre
Nat heard that jar sauce pop….
This was great. 9:56 What did the Bolognese deglaze with? White vinegar?? How does that catch on fire lol
I wonder if there is a string long enough to play telephone with the rinsed out cans between Canada and Australia?
And, because you keep saying to rinse out the cans I have started to do that too! Great advice and great episode, love this format!
13:45 just an fyi, I think a majority of Americans would still call this a meat sauce, the term gravy for this kind of sauce seems like a minority to me but maybe just the part of the country I’m from
Why would you bother when there are so many genuine Italian pasta recipes that are so simple and much more nutritious than ketchup pasta for example! No thanks! The only one I would try is the paella version as the seafood looked tasty or at a pinch Andy's 'not lasagne' dish given it had wholesome ingredients….
Andy not only knows how to cook, he knows his cars.
That WRX was Nat rocking up to do some swearing after he heard the jar sauce popping open
12:14 you could call it……lazygna
tbh getting Jose Andres on here is absolutely legendary! dude made a video for you while also actively saving the world ❤ love that man
Please keep doing this kind of stuff.
As someone learning to cook for my family. I love the blend of pro skill and knowledge in food. With lazy I’m at home not using high end ingredients to make diner.
Last minute like dropped for the engine ID
16:28 Hell yeah, Chef! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👌🏿
Andyyyyy!
watching ivan not cook ramen is weird 😂
YOU GOT CHEF JOSE? Welp, you've made it. Might as well close down the channel. Can't top that.
Not gonna lie, the dishes on that thumbnail look so brown 😂
Love this!!! I cannot wait to be more adventurous with my cooking and creating my own versions. These ones look soooooo delicious!
Don’t try this at home
I don't know what that is but it aint a Mornay sauce
How does the tomato sauce present itself in these dishes? can you tell it's been used? or is it subtle.
That mac and cheese sounds incredible but it would certainly kill a small child or even large man with the amount of cheese in there
