  1. 29 year old Corpo Chef here. 100% on them. I bet they didn’t really learn nothing, yes it must be super impressive to have that on the resume. Bourdain said it best “love cooking? Put a year in at Applebees” those stars mean nothing when the head chef and owner take all the credit.

  2. People can do that if they want, but i don't want to eat at places that don't pay their workers. Do i get the labour taken away from the price? Nope, straight to the restaurants owner is where that unpaid labour is going
