Use the full set of them in my home. Blocks of rice are my biggest help because as a single guy I hate cooking just one serving of rice. Always manage to burn it, undercook it, etc. But throw a couple cups in an instant pot and bam enough for a week. Freeze it and donβt worry about the negatives of fridge rice.
THe brand name ones of these called Souper Cubes are SO EXPENSIVE! like 40$ for 2. You showed me these and I found them on Amazon 2 for 15$, I bought several sets of them!
I have been collecting these for a while – different brands & always on sale.
I use the 2 cup for my stocks & they also have a 1cup measurement so I use that to batch leftovers. I do the same with the 1/2 cup that has a 1/4 measurement that I use mainly for side dishes, sauces & dressings. I also have the 2 Tablespoon for freezing spices & butters….
I freeze them and then transfer to either freezer bags or vacuum seal depending on my plans for storage. These really make meal prep easier and then cooking on a busy night becomes a smooth process rather than a hassle.

It's a waste of space compared to individual boxes though.
