A 5 minute tuna bowl that tastes like something you’d order out!

High Protein Korean Inspired Tuna Bowl

This is one of those meals you make once… then suddenly you’re making it 3x a week 😂

Macros (per serve)
362 calories
30g protein
46g carbs
7g fat

Ingredients
• 1 can light chilli tuna
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• ½ red chilli
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp sesame seeds
• ¾ cup cooked white rice
• Lettuce leaves

I thought this would be decent but the flavour combo is next level for how basic it is.
Salty, spicy, fresh, crunchy… everything you want in one bowl.

  1. I use safe catch tuna. It has 40g of protein in one can and 25 times less mercury than the fda maximum allowance

  2. Currently living off your chicken kimchi salad, but haven't added the pineapple 😂 Maybe when the weather gets warmer here 😊 I've never had kimchi before but works v well in a massive salad 🥗

  3. Most people won't have fresh ginger on-hand but try a dash of ground ginger in there. Ginger, garlic, soy, sesame and green onion are a true asian flavor bomb. It's like tuna gyoza filling.
    i am definitely trying this.
