I have nailed this recipe now thank you. Have both the cookbooks. I have tried all the variations with pre cooked frozen chicken, velveted, different brands of soy etc. They all taste great to be honest using this technique. But i emphasize the fact you HAVE to use the LuckyBoat No1 or No2 noodle. It just isnt right if you dont use these noodles Believe me i make this at least once a week! I buy the 7kg boxes from my local chinese supermarket. Excellent value π
Looks spot on that. Iβm not usually a thin noodle type of guy but Iβd guzzle the lot. Our lass prefers the thinner noodles so sheβd be well happy.
